The extensive renovation of this Greenwich, CT estate was designed by Joe Matto Designs. It includes a dance studio, greenhouse and guest cottage.

The kitchen cabinetry is maple with black granite countertops. The floor is marble with a tumbled marble inlay around the island. The kitchen doorway overlooks a new flagstone terrace built above a new curved glass wall in the lower level family room. This door was custom designed to accommodate the antique iron gates which were detailed in gold leaf and encased in glass.

The family room contains a custom designed maple entertainment center, while beautiful trellis detail graces the walls and ceiling of the garden room. The home office also features custom designed cabinetry. The grand entry stairway and entry hall feature a hand-stenciled parquet floor and hand painted mural.
