This home was designed by Rutherford Architects of Old Greenwich, CT. It was built on a steep hillside overlooking a beautiful pond.

The interior design features a main center hall and cherry paneled library. The rear flagstone deck is cantilevered out over the steep hillside with a stone staircase leading down to the pool area off the lower level family room.
